Secure Payment
Payments are accepted by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or PayPal with a valid billing address and a shipping address in your country. Accepted credit cards are: Visa, American Express, Mastercard.
When placing an order, your billing address must match your credit card address, otherwise we will not be able to process your order. All transactions are secure.

Shipping fees and delivery times

- Signature required. Please note that for items valued at $500 or less, packages may be left without a signature at the carrier's discretion.
- No taxes or fees on your order. The total of your order, as displayed on the summary page at the time of checkout, is the final amount. You are not responsible for any additional charges.
Track Your Order:
- Click on your order tracking number in your confirmation email or visit the "MY ORDERS" page on your account.
- Orders may take 24 to 36 hours to be processed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.
- All delivery services and tracking begin once you receive the confirmation email.

- This delivery option emits less carbon than air delivery.
- Fee: Free for all orders.
- Delivery time: 2 to 9 business days from the receipt of your confirmation email.
Exchanges and Returns
Exchanges and Returns
Products purchased online can be returned free of charge either online or at any store.
Merchandise bought at a department store can only be refunded at the same department store with a Louis Vuitton corner. Items bought at independent boutiques can only be refunded at those same independent boutiques. Exchanges at department store corners or independent boutiques are accepted for items of equal or greater value.
Returns
- Register your return online or contact customer service: Register your return online by logging into your MySY account or calling customer service at (1.438.933.1888).
- Prepare your order: Place your item in its original packaging along with the original receipt.
- Attach the return label to your package: Cover any old shipping labels with the new prepaid return label received by email, and seal the package using the adhesive tape provided in the box.
- Drop off your package at UPS: You can drop off your package at any UPS store or drop-off point.
Exchanges
- Call customer service: (1.438.933.1888).
- In-store: Online purchases can be exchanged in-store.
Policy
- Exchanges and returns are free and available within 30 days of purchase.
- The item must be in perfect resalable condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The item must be accompanied by the original invoice, booklets, and certificates.
- Purchases made through PayPal can only be exchanged or returned for a full refund on our online store.
- Customers exporting products are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable export laws.

- Exclusive Sigfried Yvan Packaging: Your order will be carefully delivered in the iconic Sigfried Yvan gift box.
- Returns and Exchanges: Almost all gifts can be returned or exchanged in accordance with our return and exchange policy. The original gift receipt and packaging will be required.
- Gift Receipts: Gift receipts do not display the price of the items. The full invoice, including the price, will be sent to the buyer by email once the package is shipped to the buyer’s MySY account.
- Shipping to Gift Recipient: If you wish to send your order directly to the gift recipient, you can enter the recipient’s address in the "Shipping Address" section on the checkout page. A signature is required upon delivery. If the recipient's phone number is provided at checkout, they may receive a notification with the delivery details.
