Once the package has been processed by the shipping company, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Leather and suede are natural materials that have their own properties. They feel fresh, breathe and have a luxurious appeal. Over time, the material softens and adapts to the shape of the wearer's body. Sigfried Yvan only uses extremely soft and supple calfskin. To ensure a long life for your product, we recommend treating it with a protective spray for leather and suede. This type of spray is available in most high-end shoe stores.

Textiles

With the finest materials, intricate weaves and print varieties, Shoes Yourself textiles are made to our highest quality standards. These luxurious and delicate textiles require special handling and attention to ensure these attributes over time:

- Textiles are susceptible to pulling caused by sharp objects such as fingernails, jewelry, zippers, etc., and should be avoided.

- When not in use, store in a cool, dry place, away from dust and moisture.

- Dry cleaning is recommended for cleaning. Any home remedies or machine washing can seriously damage the textile.

Leather Shoes

Your Shoes Yourself leather shoe will be made of either natural leather or calf and cowhide leather.

- For leather shoes, it is not recommended to clean them with solvents or chemicals.

- Home remedies to darken leather such as mink oil, saddle soap, leather lotions or any other substance should be avoided at all costs. These chemicals can compromise the quality and integrity of the leather over time.

- If this leather comes into contact with water, blot it immediately with a clear, lint-free, absorbent cloth.

- Elements such as oils, makeup, perfumes, creams or disinfectants applied to leather can compromise its natural beauty and performance capabilities and should therefore be avoided.

- For superficial stains, we recommend cleaning with a soft, damp cloth with water.

• When treating your product with a leather and suede protective spray, make sure to keep the spray at a distance of 40 cm.

• Dirt can be removed from suede by carefully brushing the material with a suede brush. Always brush carefully.

• Please note that suede must not come into contact with water. If this happens, please dry the product at room temperature. Do not dry the product on a heat source or in the sun.

• Your product may discolour when exposed to UV rays or sunlight. To avoid this, do not leave your product in the sun.

• Please use a dust bag to protect your product and not a plastic bag, as leather needs to breathe.
